It's about a boy who barely gets any presents for Christmas and wonders why. He didn't behave badly, and anyway even the worst guy at school has received many presents. His best friend in order to cheer him up, brings him to visit the ghost in their town. The ghost (who's a cat who looks like a tiger) tells the boy he can give him anything he wants, but in exchange the boy has to give him his best friend. The boy wisely decides to keep his friend; then he thinks about people he knows and says to himself that maybe a lot of people go to see the ghost, because actually adult people have a lot of stuff, but no friends. A sweet philosophical tale.
