College Cooking 101: You have a microwave, a mini-fridge, and a very strict budget. What's the easiest path to a satisfying study break snack? College cooking is a special challenge. The dorm kitchen is small, you're on a budget, and your RA is going to be mad if you set off the smoke alarm again. Fortunately, Recipes Every College Student Should Know is here to help. The recipes are easy, dormroom-friendly, and delicious. Discover quick breakfasts to help you make it to class on time, backpack-friendly lunches, dormmate dinners for a crowd, study break snacks, and of course an infallible recipe for mug cake. Recipes will be accessible and easy to make, even for young adults hitting the kitchen for the first time. Dorm kitchens can vary widely, so we'll feature a range of very basic equipment. Each recipe will call out if you need a microwave, hot plate, coffee pot, stove top, or toaster.
