Stela Barbieri was born in Araraquara City, Brazil. Author of many books for young readers, she also works as Educational Curator of São Paulo International Biennial Art Exhibition and Director of Educational Action at Instituto Tomie Ohtake in São Paulo, Brazil. Book author and storyteller, as well as art educator and curator, Stela Barbieri has had her art works exhibited both nationally and internationally.
