That is why May Groppo, ontological coach and author of Vuelta al Sol, proposes to pause daily to express yourself, with journaling exercises and invitations that expand your exploration. A guide filled with moments to center yourself and to remember what matters. In these pages you will find 75 activities to explore your inner space: Quotes for free association, Questions to answer, Words to redefine according to your vision and Letters to write.
